Introduction

Welcome to Video to Prompt. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, software, and related services.

By accessing or using Video to Prompt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Video to Prompt provides an AI-powered service that analyzes uploaded video content and generates structured prompts for creative and production workflows.

You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

Depending on the feature and availability, models offered or used by the service may include Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite, Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4, Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview, Flux 2 Flex, Z-Image Turbo, and Seedance 2.0 Mini. The available models may change as providers update or retire their services. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and Video to Prompt is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own misconduct.

User Content

You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and return outputs for the purpose of operating Video to Prompt.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to upload and process the content
  • Your use of the service does not violate any law or third-party rights
  • You have obtained any permissions or consents required from people depicted in uploaded videos

Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You may not use Video to Prompt to upload, request, process, create, promote, or distribute prohibited content or engage in prohibited conduct.

The following six categories are prohibited:

  1. Sexual or adult content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, fetish, or NSFW content intended for sexual gratification.
  2. Child sexual exploitation: Any sexual content involving minors or content that sexualizes children or young-looking persons, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
  3. Non-consensual intimate content: Sexual exploitation, sexual violence, or real or synthetic intimate content created or shared without the depicted person's explicit consent, including deepfake pornography.
  4. Deceptive impersonation and fraud: Deepfakes, voice or identity cloning, or other manipulated content that impersonates a real person without authorization, misleads people about an authentic event, facilitates fraud, or causes reputational, financial, or personal harm.
  5. Violence, hate, harassment, and self-harm: Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, glorifies severe violence, encourages self-harm, targets protected groups with hateful content, or threatens, bullies, or harasses others.
  6. Illegal, dangerous, or rights-violating activity: Content that facilitates illegal drugs, weapons, malware, privacy violations, exploitation, scams, or infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights.

You also may not attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, access controls, or service restrictions.

These restrictions are part of these Terms and apply to all uploads, requests, and outputs generated through the service.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may use automated systems and operational review processes to detect policy violations, safety risks, abuse, fraud, or legal compliance issues. We may refuse to process uploads, block or remove outputs, suspend features, refund or reverse access where appropriate, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

We may also cooperate with payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or our service.

Reporting Prohibited Content

To report content or activity that may violate these Terms, email support@video2prompt.com with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant URL or account, a description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots or order or task identifiers. Do not resend illegal or intimate content in the report unless specifically requested through a secure channel.

We review reports promptly and may block content, preserve relevant records, restrict or terminate accounts, and notify appropriate authorities or service providers where required. Reports involving child safety, credible threats, or non-consensual intimate content receive priority review.

Video Handling and Privacy

Uploaded videos are stored temporarily for processing and service operations. We may use automated safety screening to identify content that violates our policies, including sexually explicit or illegal material.

Please do not upload videos containing personal data of others unless you are legally permitted to do so and have any required consent.

For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

Video to Prompt may operate on a prepaid credit basis.

  • Credits are consumed when eligible requests are processed
  • Prices may change from time to time
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund under our policies
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes, charges, and payment obligations associated with your account

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

You may stop using the service at any time.
